Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, email wbwcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective on arrival: email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
