1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and any messages you send us. If you join our SMS "Text Club," your phone number and consent.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
  • Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments and/or its processors). We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To process and fulfill orders; provide customer support; send transactional messages; send marketing email or SMS where you have opted in; operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure and serve advertising; and comply with legal obligations.

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information with service providers who act on our behalf, including: Shopify (e-commerce platform and hosting); our payment processor; shipping and fulfillment carriers; email and SMS marketing providers; and advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google — see Section 6). We may also disclose information to comply with law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

If you opt into the Text Club, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Amira Beauty at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

5. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site and cart, and analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics / Google Ads tags) to understand usage and to measure and personalize advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality.

6. ADVERTISING & REMARKETING

We use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to show you relevant ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google after you visit our Site. You can opt out of interest-based advertising here:

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain order records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

9. CHILDREN

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

We are based in the United States and currently serve U.S. customers; your information is processed in the United States.

11. CHANGES

We may update this policy and will revise the "Effective date" above.
